Qwirk Virtual Office Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
   • By signing up for a Virtual Office membership at Qwirkcolumbus.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for Virtual Office Membership. If you do not agree to these terms, do not sign up or use our services.
2. Membership Details
   • Virtual Office Services: Members receive a business address in Columbus, Ohio (not a P.O. Box), unlimited mail handling, mail forwarding, and package pickup services available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
   • Access: Virtual Office members do not have physical access to the coworking space but can utilize services associated with the virtual address.
3. Membership Fees
   • A monthly fee applicable to the chosen Virtual Office plan will be charged automatically to the credit card on file.
   • Fees are subject to change with a 30-day notice period to all members.
4. Payment and Billing
   • All fees are payable in advance on a monthly basis.
   • Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.
   • Should the current payment method fail, the user must provide a new payment method within 30 days. Upon providing a new payment method, all past due amounts will be collected immediately. If the payment method fails for six consecutive months, the subscription will be automatically cancelled, and all mail collected on behalf of the member will be returned to sender.
5. Term and Termination
   • The membership is on a month-to-month basis unless a different term is specified in your plan.
   • Either party may terminate this agreement by giving one month’s written notice.
   • Upon termination, members must cease using the business address for any new correspondence and update all records accordingly.
6. Use of Services
   • The virtual office address must be used only for legitimate business purposes. Misuse, including but not limited to illegal activities, will result in immediate termination.
   • Members are responsible for ensuring all postal communications are redirected upon termination.
7. Liability
   • Qwirk is not liable for losses or damages to mail or packages once they are accepted at our facility, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
   • Qwirk will not accept responsibility for any goods or items left at our facility beyond the provision of services outlined in this agreement.
8. Confidentiality
   • Qwirk will maintain the confidentiality of members’ business operations conducted through our services, subject to legal requirements.
9. Changes to Terms
   • Qwirk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the member portal, with a 30-day notice period where possible.
10. Governing Law
    • This agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
11. Dispute Resolution
    • Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Columbus, Ohio, before any legal action is taken.
12. Miscellaneous
    • Membership is non-transferrable without prior written consent from Qwirk.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between Qwirk and the member regarding the Virtual Office service.
